We like to offer the very best. And as P/M Michael Grey says that for "stability and overall rich harmonics the McCallums' are the best I have played", who are we to argue? The finest bagpipes in the world, for your lifelong pleasure.

You will find much more help with how to navigate our site, how to choose products, about our customer services, and much more in our fully searchable Information Centre which is linked at the top of every page.
We have three main ways of giving you extra information:
1. all around our site you’ll see little ‘info’ icons (like this: ) with help relevant to the place you see it; clicking one will normally pop up a help box, keeping you on the same page;
2. we have a large, fully searchable, Information Centre, linked at the top of every page, covering product advice, customer services, site navigation, and much more; try searching for the topic of your query (e.g. “returns”).
3. our customer service team is only an email or phone call away, and we even have toll-free lines from the UK and North America; so don’t hesitate to contact us, however trivial or complex your query.
In this picture you can see our bands "hand me down" pipes, my son has fought with over the past 3 months. The bass drone is cracked and glued and the mouth piece is secured with electrical tape.
Now imagine the excitement when his AB3 engraved deluxe McCallums turned up.
A prouder piper you've never seen.
He raised the money busking in the street during; would you believe; a Country Music Festival. So these pipes mean the world to this 14 year old.
The McCallums were recommended by his instructor, Pipe Major Robert MacKenzie and we are all impressed with the full bodied hum of the drones and attention to detail on these pipes.
My wife has now taken up the challenge to master this instrument and we will definately be purchasing another set of McCallums.
Kind Regards from Australia
