I have been playing pipes for over 30 years and am about to get my pipes renovated. The band I am in purchased a set of McCallum pipes and from opening the box, I was playing a very well balance and nice sounding set of pipes within 30 minutes including setting up the Ezeedrone Reeds. I am now thinking of buying a second set for myself!

The bagpipes are absolutely beautiful! My daughter is in heaven when she plays them. The sound is so great compared to the school pipes that she was using. Thank you so much for your help with our order and getting them to us in such a timely manner.

The pipes are super, what a value, great people to work with. However the max ship date went from two - four weeks, to four to six, then seven to nine. Well I got my pipes almost ten weeks after I paid for them. As I said the pipes are GREAT. [Ed: apologies again for the temporary supply problems!]

I like the pipes, now that I have them. My "max ship date" was changed about eight times. They ended up being shipped 37 days after I was originally told they would be. I ended up getting the shipping cost refunded but that was it. It was very frustrating every "max ship date" to log on and see it changed again. [Editor: the supplier's backlog due to admin issues is now largely sorted.]

I'm happy with the service, a little dissapointed with the delayed shipping date. I was giving compensation, but not very much.

I liked the service and accomadations;
I ordered bagpipes and was pleased with the service. I'm not pleased with the shipping date. I was told on date and had it changed to two weeks later.
